Manara’s
DEI Champions 2023

Champions of DEI come from all parts of companies, not just People and Ops. They champion hiring from more diverse pools, they celebrate change, and they canvass for inclusivity and equity.

A DEI champion could be a VP of People, prioritising new sourcing channels specifically to source underrepresented groups, it could be an engineer making the engineering team more inclusive, it could be that person who is thinking about how to bring more variety to team events. We know these people are passionate, caring, and constantly advocating. They can also often be overlooked.

We wanted to celebrate you this year, congratulations to the 12 DEI Champions 2023!
